LEADERSHIP • STRATEGY • EDUCATION • ART
I am a nonprofit leader, strategist, educator, songwriter, musician, and multidisciplinary artist. My work is rooted in creativity, collaboration, and a belief in the power of people to build meaningful things together.
For more than 25 years, I've helped nonprofit organizations develop the relationships, resources, and infrastructure they need to grow, adapt, and fulfill their missions. My experience spans fundraising, membership development, nonprofit governance, strategic planning, executive leadership, and organizational culture. I bring together big-picture thinking and practical implementation, helping organizations build the sustainable systems that support the people doing the work and strengthen their ability to deliver impact in the communities they serve.
Creativity is central to everything I do. Whether I'm developing a fundraising strategy, facilitating a conversation, or designing an interdisciplinary performance, I'm interested in discovering connections, challenging assumptions, and bringing seemingly disparate pieces together to create something new. My artistic practice and organizational work inform and strengthen one another, drawing on the same curiosity, imagination, and commitment to authentic expression.
I believe strong organizations are built on trust, transparency, shared responsibility, and a willingness to listen to, learn from, and be led by the communities they serve. Through consulting, speaking, teaching, and Framework: Growth Infrastructure for Nonprofits, I help nonprofit leaders strengthen their organizations, build lasting capacity, and put their values into practice.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to agency, creativity, connection, and the belief that we can build better things together.
